ENI Gas & Power France is collaborating with GridPocket to develop a new digital service, the "Club Eni".

Paris, France - Eni Gas & Power France has chosen GridPocket for the deployment of a new differentiating digital services to customers equipped with smart meters (Linky or Gazpar). The main objective of this cooperation is to increase customer satisfaction by allowing its users to follow their energy consumption in a fun way and thus to save energy. This collaboration gives rise to a unique service with a highly innovative customer engagement solution: Eni supports energy savings achieved by "Points" which can then be converted into gifts or contributions to ecological initiatives.

Daniel Fava, Managing Director of Eni Gas & Power France, explains "The strength of Club Eni is its global approach: consumption analysis tools are complemented by educational content to guide the user towards taking actions towards energy savings, while the loyalty program rewards its commitment to control its consumption. Regular animation via email campaigns or the sending of configurable alerts helps to maintain this commitment over time. "

This project is just the beginning of this partnership which will lead to the development of even more comprehensive and integrated services for energy consumers. All Eni customer equipped with a Linky and Gazpar meter, from November 2019, can download the application or register for free on the website: www.club-eni.com.

Access to Club Eni will be offered free of charge for a minimum of one year.
